You've all seen the charge made over and over again here by OldCirrhosis. He is of course, as usual, full of crap. These articles made me think of him and his baseless charges of R cultists blindly following their leaders.

In defense of Obama’s drone war...by Charles Krauthammer

Now, I'm about as big a Krauthammer fan as anyone could be though I disagree strongly with him on this subject. And while he's not a pub leader, he's certainly well-respected, often-quoted, and admired within most pub circles.
It should also be said here that most pub politicians support the King's drone war, most agreeing with extrajudicial killings of American citizens. OT even quoted one of those hated pub congressman (yes, that's right, the evil party of NO blah, blah, blah) to support his claim that Congress was fully-informed on the program and therefore everything's roses, puppy dogs and rainbows and no need to question the King further.
I won't ever support the program to that end, most certainly not based on the language used in the DOJ white papers that were leaked. I've stated my reasons in other threads so won't repeat them here, but am convinced that the extrajudicial assassination of American citizens represents the most horrific violation of the US Constitution that I've seen in the last 40 years or so (segregation being the other).
So, I find myself siding with the angry yard gnome, Dennis Kucinich (D) Ohio, on the subject and suspect there are many more like me out there.
Therefore, in summary, I politely ask OT to permanently shove his R cultists crap back up his ass.
