A Pennsylvania doctor has been identified as the man who sent the package that caused a scare at the home of radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh on Thursday evening.

Police said that Dr. Eric Brader, an emergency-room physician who lives in the northern Pittsburgh suburb of Wexford, Pa., sent a package that was intended to be a business proposition for Limbaugh.

Brader, 54, will not face charges from the incident, Palm Beach police spokesman Fred Hess said. Brader could not be reached by a phone call to his home late Friday.
