#2's have to be Wilson Boots-- because I have 2 identical pair....The one pair has been resoled about 7-8 times and are finally about to see their day...

#4-- really got me looking...Not sure what the frilly is- but my mind immediately imagined ladies undies and then I really wanted to know the rest of the story...

I knew what it was but I like Jerry H's, OT's,and Lazy Ace's description better, lol...

My boots are so incrusted in mud right now that I would hate to take a picture of them and they are nothing fancy like some of those.. One of these days I will figure why some folks tuck the jeans into the boots and others cover them up... I'm sure it is a style choice or tradition thing that being a midwestern city boy growing up that I just never learned

My Grandaddy always said, if you had 100 cows you could tuck one pant leg in...if you had 200 you could tuck the other one in.

I wear mine both tucked in 99% of the time. For 2 reasons. #1 Mud....I hate gettin mud on my pants legs. #2 half the time I can't find britches long enuff, so tuck em in. All my wranglers are long enuff, but some of the other brand jeans aren't.
I don't tuck em all the way in, I only catch the inside cuff on the top of my boot, and let the outside stay out. Why? I have no idea really. LOL

I did have a boot entry, but it's still in my camera, the laptop is belly up again at this time, and my camera photo program will not let me download the pictures from the camera to this dinosaur desk top computer.

I sometimes where one in and one out but this is only when I pull my boots on so fast and hit the door running that I don't pull the other one over.. But i don't have those fancy boots like those ones up top with the red uppers.. Mine are just brown, and brown lol..Sometimes with an accent of brown on them in a three dimensional model of cow crap...

I guess I could tuck both in according to granpa there, lol.. MAybe i will splurge on the next set of boots I get and get something a bit more fancy, lol.. Than my sister in law will really think I am nuts.

I always thought them fancy boots were just for Dancing on a Saturday nite??? Hubby's boots are pretty dull for work compared to these boots...lol

Two years ago I would have thought they were kind of flashy and maybe tacky... Last year I would have said they were to fancy for me,.. Right now I will say they are just not my cup of tea but if this trend keeps up I might find a pair underneath the Christmas tree this winter or in a box by my Birthday.
