If true. "The One" is history. He'll be gone before the votes are counted in the Nov election..........

Retired Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer said Saturday he has sources saying President Barack Obama was in the room at the White House watching the assault on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya unfold.

Two unarmed U.S. drones were dispatched to the consulate and recorded the final hours of the attack, which killed U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

“This was in the middle of the business day in Washington, so everybody at the White House, CIA, Pentagon, everybody was watching this go down,” Shaffer said on Fox News’ “Justice with Judge Jeanine.” “According to my sources, yes, [Obama] was one of those in the White House Situation Room in real-time watching this.”

Shaffer said the question now is what precisely Obama did or didn’t do in the moments he saw the attack unfolding. The CIA reportedly made three urgent requests for military backup that were each denied.

“He, only he, could issue a directive to Secretary of Defense Panetta to do something. That’s the only place it could be done,”

Don't you get it yet? There were no available military forces. The ones that weren't disrupting sovereign governments across the world were training for an assault on US citizens not paying unconstitutional grazing fees.

Wasn't he getting ready to go to a Las Vegas fundraising? Maybe some secret meeting with Reid to get the Bundy terrorists evicted was in the making. Besides, taking action in Benghazi may have harmed Muslims, which in unacceptable.

Bret Baier had a former White House Spokesman on today and Bret asked him pointed blank where Obama was and he said Obama was in the Oval Office when he first heard and he was not in the Situation Room during the time they were watching what was doing down by drone feed.

Ex-White House spokesman downplays controversy over Benghazi talking points

Former White House spokesman Tommy Vietor in a tense interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier downplayed the revived controversy over the Benghazi talking points, saying he does not remember his own role in the editing process because: “Dude, this was like two years ago.”

Vietor, the former spokesman for the National Security Council, insisted on “Special Report with Bret Baier” Thursday that emails that link a White House adviser to former U.N. ambassador Susan Rice's controversial Sunday show statements about the Sept. 12, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate say nothing new.

The Obama administration has been under fire since the emails were released earlier this week, with some Republicans calling them the “smoking gun.” The emails indicate a White House aide helped prep Rice for her appearances and pushed the explanation that the attack was because of an Internet video. The White House is now facing credibility questions, since they had previously downplayed their role in Rice's talking points.

Vietor repeated the stance of Press Secretary Jay Carney, who has repeatedly tried to claim that the so-called "prep call" with Rice -- as it was described in one email -- was not about Benghazi. Vietor said the email was referring to ongoing protests around the world against American embassies.

Baier then asked Vietor whether he personally changed the word “attack” to “demonstrations” in the talking points for Rice.

“Maybe, I don’t really remember,” Vietor said.

When pressed by Baier, Vietor said, “Dude, this was like two years ago. We're still talking about the most mundane process.”

“Dude it is the thing that everybody’s talking about,” Baier replied.

When asked why it took a Freedom of Information Act request to release those emails, Vietor said he wished they had been released earlier.

“I bet you every single person in that White House wished that email has been released earlier. I wish it too because it tells us nothing new, It tells us what we said privately was what we said publicly, because that is what we thought had occurred,” Vietor said.

When pressed on where President Obama was during the Benghazi attack, Vietor said he was in the Situation Room, but President Obama was not. He said Obama was in the White House.

“It is well known that when the attack was first briefed to him it was in the Oval Office and he was updated constantly,” Vietor said, adding he did not know where the president was at all points in the night because he does not have a “tracking device on him.” He said Obama does not have to be in the Situation Room to monitor an ongoing situation.

Before his appearance, Vietor tweeted Baier must have asked him onto his show to ask him about Benghazi for a "Throwback Thursday" thing.

Funny how Obama was in the Situation room watching Osama being killed but when his Ambassador was being killed he was hiding out in the White House planning his Vegas fund raising trip.

Clearly OT is looking forward to the 2016 election, a day when he will somehow conjure up an erection so he can proudly vote for Hitlary.
Remember Hitlary's ad about who you would want to take that phone call at 3 am? If nothing, Benghazi showed up both her and Hussein are inept and unfit to command....and people died as a result. I truly think that no matter what the Libtards try to do for the next two years, even with 100% media compliance, the aftermath of Benghazi along with all the skeletons in her closet from her days as first lady of Arkansas, the Rose Law Firm, and FLOTUS may well be enough to keep her tired old rear from even getting the Libtard nomination.
We need to remember Vince Foster as well as Benghazi!

one of the frustrating aspects of this is the focus on the phoney talking points..

they should nail down where and what both Hillery and Barack were doing.. and where

and they should dig into the accusations the US was buying SAMs and shipping them to Syria..
