40% would feel like none at all, we've had 80% and better for a good while here. With alot of the time 100% .......temps in the mid to upper 90s........can you say S - T - I - C - K - Y ??? LOL

Well I got 3/4 of an inch out of the deal so I guess humidity and heat is good sometimes. I still don't like it.
