It was ILH who posted it....

1 box of Yellow cake, butter recipe
1 can of peach pie filling

Put cake mix in a bowl, add all ingredients listed on the box except for the water. Add peach filling. Mix together well with a mixer. There will be some big pieces of peaches in it, don't worry. Pour into a greased 9"x13"x2" pan. The batter will be very thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 32 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes clean.

No frosting is needed for this cake.

I couldn't find a 'butter' yellow cake mix. So I gave up.

I sure wanted to make it tho. Will someone clue me in as
to what a 'butter' cake mix is? I don't buy too many cake mixes
and never, ever noticed a butter one.

It is a Betty Crocker Super Moist Butter Recipe Yellow cake mix. Instead of vegetable oil you use butter.

No I haven't tried other flavors yet MsSage. I like the suggestion of a chocolate cake with the cherry pie filling. That sounds good. Just haven't had the time to try it yet.
