As you know, Caleb is home on two weeks leave from Iraq. He got to our place last sat night and went back to Boise on thursday. Friday he went with Mike to a field trial between Marsing and Jordan Valley.
We had a GREAT time with him
He seems really good, and happy to be home of course. We went to church on Easter, everyone there was glad to see him. Had Easter dinner at the nieghbors (they love him too), had a BBQ here monday night with the nieghbors, the people we lease our rangeground from came tues night (unfortunatelly with a dislocated shoulder and the flu), and branded on wed! Caleb and Mike had a great time at the field trial, it was the first one Caleb has been too. So all in all it was just a great visit.
Since he turned 21 in Iraq, he's been busy experiencing the night life in the Boise area with his friends. He went to the cemetary thursday and saw his buddies graves
And took the wife of one of them out to lunch one day. He seems to have accepted their deaths, as well as can be expected anyway.
He told me how much he appreciated all of you guys
I hoped to get him to write a note on here...but we didn't seem to have any time 8) So thanks again from us and from him for all of your support!!!!
