Great sale Big Swede, you should be able to afford flying up and shooting your own wolf now. 
Pictures still in the making. Supposed to have my new camera by the end of next week. Scratchy lens don't take good photos.

Congratulations, Big Swede, on a great calf sale. Here is another one from Burwell today, that the auctioneer Matt Lowery mentioned on Facebook:
"Today at Burwell Livestock Market Abbott ranch steers - 354 head weighed 576 at 229.75. Congratulations to them."
That is $1323.36 per head. Pretty darned good. :wink:
I sold our steer calves too quick,
but it is encouraging to me that the Abbott Ranch gets their bulls from the same supplier that I do, and I got first pick of the bulls. 
They calve quite a bit later than we do.

Calves up here are picking up as well. This morning on TEAM
140 Steers 675# @ 188.25
75 Steers 600# @ 185.25
95 Steers 580# @ 187.25
Calves were in central Alberta and Sask.
Not what you guys are seeing but a lot better than it's been.
