Bought one this spring at an auction, was very suspect about an auction sale camera, awesome. Two hundred yards from calving area and very clear and good sound.

Allan Leigh model, now they say it is even better.

Can Angus, your youngest son should of been using the camera the other night instead of going out. Maybe then he wouldn't have had to check his shorts after he thought the sky was falling when he saw that meteor. LOL

Is there a physical reason you CAN NOT get up and go to the barns?

Is there not a hardware store in your town where you can GO TO and buy a padlock for your kitchen cupboard for the better ability and coordination of putting a halt to whoever is pissing in your wheaties on a frequent basis?

We have had a camera system for several year now. They are worth every penny. The cameras are a time saver, and believe it or not you can save quite a few calves. You can also check on the heifer to see if she had calves yet without disturbing her, and we have also saved calves because we could see the sack over their head and rushed out to take it off.
We purchased our system from horsewatcher.com. It is wireless to the house. Ours is just black and white and works great but I see you can get color cameras now. You can find some that look similar and are cheaper other places on the net. Just google barn cameras.

Thanks for the intelligent replies (not including Jingo2 of course) am still looking around and checking. Have talked to neighbors also that swear by them.

Figured my sarcasm would go right over jingle bell.
