Can anyone explain why the 2 different Certifications?

What would be the reason for omitting the reference to the "legally qualified under the provisions of the Constitution" on the first one? I'm assuming that the 2nd one is the one they chose to file, since it has the "received" stamp on it.

I can only think of one word....culpability?

a notarized typo?. Both Notarized on the same day, by the same individual? Maybe. What would be the purpose of Notarizing 2 copies, one with the Constitutional omission?

But it was the document with the Constitutional omission that was filed with all 50 state Election Commissions.

Unike this one for the RNC candidates

“We do hereby certify that a national convention of Delegates representing the Republican Party of the United States, duly held and convened in the city of Saint Paul, State of Minnesota, on September 4, 2008, the following person, meeting the constitutional requirements for the Office of President of the United States, and the following person, meeting the constitutional requirements for the Office of Vice President of the Unites States, were nominated for such offices to be filled at the ensuing general election, November 4, 2008, viz;”

* By state law it is both the national political party and each separate state’s political party’s responsibility. It is the party’s duty and they have the legal authority to investigate and verify whether a candidate meets the requirements, otherwise that candidate cannot truthfully be “duly” nominated.

• The DNC drafted, signed and notarized TWO slightly different versions of their Official Certification of Nomination documents, not one.

• One of those documents had complete legal language, and one of them was missing the text concerning the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.

• The version which is absent any certification of constitutional standing for the office of President is the version that was filed with every state in the country, and the one used by the DNC to elect Barack Obama President."

Wonder if Judge Carter is correct in wondering if there are Constitutional Eligibility questions. They've never been answered, just ignored, so there must still be questions.

"Uhhhh, you know how we always fill out that form about the constitutional eligibility of our candidate? Well ... uhhh ... what do you think would happen if we ... uhhh ... just skipped that part. I mean, you know ... would that be a problem?"
