Weather is getting plumb miserable out there- Wind is howling 25-30 mph- rain showers- temp has dropped to 34 degrees....I just talked to a guy that came in from Canada and he said just south of the border is plumb white again....The way the temp is dropping it may get white here too as the radar shows quite a bit of moisture coming out of Alberta and Saskatchewan.....

It was _just_ starting to dry up enough that I could get into the last hayyard with feed and bedding in it. Now its rained for 2 days straight and I'm scrambling around looking to borrow feed from the neighbors until I can get at mine again.

Nothing worse than dragging bales out of the muck with the 2470 and a chain :(

Still windy and cold today- 40 degrees- snows a little- than rains a little- no real moisture as we've only got .1 down here on the river since this started- but the north place on the pasture has received over .3 :D Definitely another earflapper and woolies day...

I hauled a couple old culls into the stockyards today and checked out the bulls for tomorrows Simmental and Simmi X bull sale...Some nice looking bulls- Nelson Brothers- they started AIing back in the 60's when I did because we travelled to a few bull sales together looking at bulls- fun scouting trips but I couldn't survive them anymore
