Fh, it's on photobucket, I don't know how fast your connection is.....but you might be able to see it. Not the prettiest run. But much better compared to what he was doin before we had him worked on.

He looks good physically. There is sure some time she can make up;
so glad she got a check. He really can run!! It will just get better from
here, I'm sure!!! She likes him and he likes her and they both have
big hearts!

He sure does look like hes got a lot of potential. How old is he? A little bit more work and he'll be a good solid horse. I remember the days of having to sit at a Can Crushing event till 5 or 6 in the morning because I just had to be there to haul some of my old girlfriends to their rodeos. 8) I did have a good time, but team roping is more of my sport. If yall ever head out towards LA let me know, im always up for a rodeo.

He's 11. She's had him for a couple years. He was previously used for Jousting LOL I don't think he was used for that a whole bunch....but knew that he was perdy much bomb proof if he could do that. The people we got him from had quit the jousting thing and were just using him to work cows. They said he was just had too much go to work cows. She's worked cows on him some, not alot, just when we pen to work our own.

She started him on barrels when she got him, but he's had this head slingin thing the whole time. First it was his teeth....finally got that straitened out, this last series of trips to the vet, they found only one problem....TMJ. Done adjustments and accupuncture for that, and he's alot better than he was, but still slingin his head some.

Last night she touched his right ear after the race was over, and he nearly mowed me down tryin to get away from her. So today after she got home from school, we gathered him up, to see what was goin on. He had a humongous tick in his right ear. So...who knows if that was part of it last night too. I got it out....then put ivomec in his ears. LOL made him mad.

It's always somethin..... :? But we won't give up on this horse, he just has toooo much try to give up.

He looks good for 11. Jousting huh? Me and a buddy of mine were kicked out of the arena at a high school rodeo in 03 because we found a rake and a shovel and started jousting while we were warming up for cutting. Ahh the good ol days. I sure wish i could go back to HS rodeo. College rodeo wasnt the same. and its definetly not the same now that im out of college.

LOL well this was as real as it could get jousting without actually getting too physical. They have a big Reniessance (sp) Festival here, and that's where he was used.

So all the lights, music, banners, etc don't phase Cash at all.

I seen in your other post, that your horse is named Tank. LOL Lil Lilly has one that she's runnin named Tank too.

Yeah her real name is just Bay, but after riding her alot and her size we called her Tank. Shes rough as hell in a lope but smooth as can be in a full run. They actually put her on the scale at the vet and she was 1231 lbs :shock: . shes 15 1/2 hand tall. across her rump measures 38 inches. Hard to find a saddle that fits her.

FH: Its a long way down off of that brute. :lol: That big boy might not make it in the marsh down here. My ranch horse is the smallest horse i have. Keep the weight down and make sure they got big feet, means i wont have to pull saddles off in the mud workin cows. That big bay looks like hes a hell of a heading horse.

Wow all 3 of us have a big bay horse with two back socks. Kinda ironic.

Jersey, That is a gorgeous horse. Hows his times in the barrels?
