Maybe Cebull needs the extra time to read what he actually submitted as his judgement! Wasn't it mostly word for word from RCALF? Seems to me he is having second thoughts of having his reputation based on a case that was "sold" to him by RCALF. (buyers remorse, maybe)

Now that makes sense. If he ends up writing another finding that they will likely look at it makes sense for him to first find out exactly what they found wrong with it.

The Ninth Circuit has jurisdiction. The more pertinent question Mike is whether any of their decisions overruling Cebull have ever been reversed by the Supreme Court. I know of none. Next question in defense of this defenseless case.
