Cebull and R-calf

Help Support Ranchers.net:

SASH,

What percentage of X's cattle population was tested as compared to the percentage of Y's cattle population that was tested?

Poor Sandman!

Just can't pull a rabbit out of the hat for nothing can he?

Keeps throwing more sh*t against the wall hoping that some will eventually stick. Clutches on to his little testing argument while the country he's arguing for has already abandoned that position. Haha! Quite a Sandman!

Maybe Cebull needs the extra time to read what he actually submitted as his judgement! Wasn't it mostly word for word from RCALF? Seems to me he is having second thoughts of having his reputation based on a case that was "sold" to him by RCALF. (buyers remorse, maybe)

Perhaps you should be asking what percentage of cattle were adequately tested on both sides of the border.

The order states that upon receipt of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' opinion setting out that court's reasoning for reversing the District Court's preliminary injunction, Judge Cebull will determine whether further hearings are necessary.

Now that makes sense. If he ends up writing another finding that they will likely look at it makes sense for him to first find out exactly what they found wrong with it.

And take heart. Remember that the Ninth Circuit has the Guinness World Record for being overturned by the US Supreme Court.

Cebull has been overturned now 11 times in his short tenure. His record makes the Ninth Circuit look really good. That said, his record is better than R-Laugh and their guidance counselors, the wanna be lawyers of the OCM. Three up and three down-perfect record!!!!

The Ninth Circuit has jurisdiction. The more pertinent question Mike is whether any of their decisions overruling Cebull have ever been reversed by the Supreme Court. I know of none. Next question in defense of this defenseless case.
