Fall has arrived in my neighbourhood. The colours are pretty much yellow and various shades of gold here.
Thought you'd enjoy seeing the change. At least is isn't white... yet.

Sorry about the power lines in this one  Must have been a man's idea to throw powerlines in the view from my deck.

Got to escape on the quad a few times. This is up the driveway.

Burns Lake ahead

Francois Lake was pretty rough in the winds today. The ferry sure was rockin' and lots of spray coming over the deck. :)

You live in a beautiful area! Thanks for sharing :) They are really nice pictures. Our leaves are barely starting to turn...to be in the low 20's by this weekend so that should get them turning.

There is a little logging going on right now. I don't know how well it will go this winter, pretty poor price right now.

The growing season here is pretty short. Usually you can plant just after May 24, but can easily see frost again during the first part of Sept.
This year however we had frosts in June and August  .
Lots of gardens lost and replanted.

Thanks everyone, I like this time of the year for photos, but I can't get around right now as much as I would like.

Instead of socks{hate socks, don't even wear then in winter} a pair of Mittens size small. I may even be convinced to pick them up. Look after yourself...find yourself getting blue, glance at the pumpkin pic....

You'd have been a big man if you hadn't been turned over so far at the bottom. It would take a whole sheep to make a pair of socks that big!!! :p :p

Tried it once and well it just didn't work out as well as I hoped.
I could try again but I can't guarantee it will resemble what it was originally suppost to be.
