by the way, has anyone on here or does anyone know of anyone who has been polled? I wonder where all the data comes from. No one in the general public that I know of has been polled. But there must be someone?

I have...I do the weekly Zogby poll- and I was polled in the MSU-B poll of Montana last Friday or Saturday- that they have been running the results of in the Gazette this weekend.....

The poll results had"
Obama at 44 percent and John McCain is at 40 with 6% third party (Paul, Barr, Nader)
Schweitzer 60%, Brown 27% with Libertarian Stan Jones at 5%...

The top link has a place where you can read the entire survey on Adobe Reader:

This is the poll that after I told the kid I was an Independent- he asked me which party I lean toward...I told him that up to now I had voted mostly Republican but after what Bush did to this country was not so sure I could vote for another Republican ever....He started laughing and then said "I'm sorry for laughing, but you wouldn't realize how many times I've heard that tonight"...

No, it's not true. The case to keep Obama off the ballot was thrown out of court a few days ago.

Yes, I've been polled several times this election cycle. The last one was a recorded poll where you punched a number to indicate your selection. At least twice real people have called.

Hmmmm...conservatives far outnumber liberals on this site. But so far, the only two people who admit to being polled are both liberals? :?

The case to keep Obama off the ballot was thrown out of court a few days ago.

From the Judges Ruling in the case:

"Plaintiff does not, and we believe cannot, establish injury in fact. Therefore, he does not have standing to pursue this matter and we do not have jurisdiction to hear it."

In other words........a possible Constitutionally UNqualified candidate on a ballot is not injurious to a voter? A Federal Judge has no jurisdiction on this matter?

By the way, the Plaintiff is a Hillary supporter and has been an Assistant Attorney General in Pennsylvania.

It has been appealed directly to the U.S. Supreme Court.

By the way, I have no idea whether Berg's argument holds merit, but then again, no one here can say without a doubt that it does not....

Doubtful Berg would go to the time, trouble, and expense with the case if there wasn't some truth to it.

There is "something" in the woodpile, that's fo sure!
