Today I made it up on the wheeler to see the bred heifers
. I couldn't get to all of them since the draws were filled with snow, and I didn't want to get stuck  . The ones I saw looked good though.
Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words... .
Another trinket blown into the pasture... anyone have a use for it??? Just send me postage, and it's yours!
My salt thieves. Glad they don't seem fond of mineral, that would get a bit expensive
.
Some heifers I couldn't get to today. They look happy and content from a distance.
Here's the group I did see up close. They came through the storm in good shape
.
I'm looking forward to putting them in with the rest of the cows to see how the new, improved (hopefully
), and younger herd looks
.
