NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -
Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin has been found guilty on 20 of 21 counts in his federal corruption trial, including bribery, money laundering and fraud.

The mayor will be confined to his home until sentencing, which will be determined at a later time.

It only took the jury just over seven hours to reach the verdict. The decision came down Wednesday around 12:45 p.m. The former mayor showed little emotion as the verdict was read. His wife cried.

Wonder how many Black, Democratic, Big City Mayors are in prison?

seems like that one was Bush's fault..

Yep,.... it's true.. had Bush not given them so much aid money to throw around this guy never would have gotten involved with corruption large enough to justify a federal case.. and just been a normal run of the mill corrupt city official..

He was the one who ordered everyone to NOT evacuate. An order which resulted in many deaths. Many murders too. He should be up on manslaughter charges.
