I guess this is the new Tea Party economic recovery jobs plan too-- hire a few million bedroom policemen   :p

Watch her eyes when she says " I'm a young woman in my thirties and I remain chaste." It doesn't take a body language expert to see deception... And it counters everything she said on several other shows about all her bed hopping...

What a maroon- this woman wouldn't know the truth if it bit her in the butt..

VIDEO of Christine O'Donnell: I'm going to stop the whole country from having sex

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/plum-line/2010/09/video_of_christine_odonnell_im.html

A Democratic source unearths video of Christine O'Donnell in 2003, answering clearly and unequivocally in the affirmative when asked: "You're going to stop the whole country from having sex?"

At the time, O'Donnell was with the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, a conservative group she later sued for gender discrimination. The exchange, on Scarborough Country on November 13, 2003, is an argument between O'Donnell and Eric Nies, then with the Moment of Hope foundation, about whether to counsel kids to have safe sex:

NIES: I tell them to be careful. You have to wear a condom. You have to protect yourself when you're going to have sex, because they're having it anyway.

NIES: There's nothing that you or me can do about it.

O'DONNELL: The sad reality is -- yes, there is something you can do about it. And the sad reality, to tell them slap on a condom is not --

NIES: You're going to stop the whole country from having sex?

O'DONNELL: Yeah. Yeah!

NIES: You're living on a prayer if you think that's going to happen.

O'DONNELL: That's not true. I'm a young woman in my thirties and I remain chaste.

This exchange has been written about before here and there. But this is the first time video has surfaced of it, making it likely that it will get another round of coverage and some airing on cable, since it reveals rather clearly how ambitious and zealous her abstinence crusade really was.

Yeah- I figured you and Hoppy would support this outlawing sex- as you could get paid by the government for your window peeping and stalking- and turn in of your neighbors at the same time...

You're going to stop the whole country from having sex?

might want to consider the alternative.?? .. abortion, welfare, .....

our children have numerous sources encouraging sex.. music, TV movies, why should a politician encourage it as well.. ??/

maybe a few more folk need to start saying NO...

I still like the nutty girl over the old fart commie guy.. :)

Really looks like the whole thing was taken out of context, but that remains the liberal train of thought, like oldtimer he choses to slam raterhe than relly listen, probabally on the net while hearing cases in his J.P. court room useing his laptop and count money to search the web for cut and paste sex reports

A little abstinance from sex would solve a lot of problems.
In Africa in places where abstinance was promoted AIDS was reduced considerably, while where condoms were promoted there was no change.
People are human and should be above animals, and can be taught abstinance. People are not Tom Cats, though some do go Tom Catting around.

This exchange has been written about before here and there. But this is the first time video has surfaced of it, making it likely that it will get another round of coverage and some airing on cable, since it reveals rather clearly how ambitious and zealous her abstinence crusade really was.

Christine O'Donnell, the Delaware GOP Senate nominee, said during a 2003 television appearance that she agreed with the suggestion that she wanted to stop "the whole country from having sex." She made the comments during a discussion of her efforts to keep young people from having sex before marriage.

In the video, O'Donnell is shown on MSNBC debating Eric Nies, who was talking about his efforts to encourage young people to practice safe sex.

"I tell them to be careful," Nies says in the video. "You have to wear a condom. You have to protect yourself when you're going to have sex, 'cause they're having it anyway. There's nothing that you or me can do about it."

O'Donnell responds: "The sad reality is -- yes, there is something you can do about it. And the sad reality, to tell them slap on a condom is not..."

Interjects Nies: "You're going to stop the whole country from having sex?"

Replies O'Donnell: "Yeah. Yeah."

"I'm a young woman in my thirties and I remain chaste," she adds. "It's unrealistic to think they're just going to do it anyway. Kids are not just dogs in heat."

So in your mind you are a nutcase if you think KIDS HAVING PREMARITAL SEX is wrong. That says alot about you Oldtimer

That ain't what she said Tam- she said she was going to stop the whole country....

NIES: You're going to stop the whole country from having sex?

O'DONNELL: Yeah. Yeah!

Even if you talk premarital- or extramarital- or in between marital do all you folks that talk of less government interference and smaller government even think government should be involved in the issue :???:

And How are you going to enforce it- put government cameras in all the college dorm rooms- backseats of cars- legalize neighbors peeping in windows and turning folks in :???: ....Government sex police checking out all the hot parking spots??? Start locking up 30 year old divorcees who all of a sudden come up pregnant :???:

The Montana Tea Party/Republicans are again trying to do away with no fault divorces- and go back to the "he said-she said" drag everyone thru a scandal in order to make it harder to get a divorce...Do these folks really think by making two people that can't stand each other live together it will make a better family setting- a better world :???:

The MSNBC video was titled "KIDS GONE WILD" and Nies works with KIDS telling them to use condoms, they were talking about KIDS, YOUNG KIDS and as far as I know YOUNG KIDS ARE NOT MARRIED. I gave you the transcript Oldtimer She wasn't talking about old farts like you as if. She was talking about YOUNG KIDS but that doesn't fit your sick little Conservative bashing agenda does it Oldtimer :x

BTW this was the headline of the CBS article
Christine O'Donnell Wanted to Stop "Whole Country From Having [Premarital] Sex" Not that I trust either of these liberal bias networks to tell the truth but even they said it was KIDS and PREMARTIAL SEX.

The TEA party was barely in exsistance the last Legislative session in MT.
I doubt they were introducing bills.
Do you have any proof of this?

You know Oldtimer one thing I can say about you is you have learned the "Demonize the opponent" lessons to a T, did you stay up all night to study the Dems play book or does the nastyness just come naturally?
Answer this do you really think demonizing the Republicans and Tea Partiers is going to work when they are the majority and they are tired of the Washington crap that Obama campaigned on CHANGING? FACE IT OLDTIMER Obama didn't change a dam* thing, he doubled down and the voters are just showing buyers remorse, AS THEY SHOULD.

If voters are smart they will clean house in Washington and the States and get back to the conservative values that made the US the great place it was.
