To paraphrase a Democratic Strategist on CNN........he said the Left Wing is pushing Zer0 into this "Torture" issue to solidify the public against Bush 43.

Zer0 must go along with it because he has several more radical agendas to perpetuate and he has to at least appear that he is for jailing/trying Bush, whether he really wants to or not.

In the end, this Democratic spokesman says the whole thing could backfire on the Moonbats and Zer0 wants to be able to appear that he at last partly opposed the notion.

In other words, Zer0 is playing both ends against the middle.

I wouldn't say a word if I were Bush. And would consult with Cheney to sit back and let it unfold.

It is a way to keep the heat off of Zer0 for his elusive actions of late though. MSNBC was almost all about "Torturing" last night.

Should Pres. Bush make a statement about this?
No, I think he's doing the right thing by remaining silent. Some libs will probably contend that it makes him look guilty, but I think it demonstrates character for him to stay out of it.

To bad slick willy didn't follow your advice.

I don't think Clinton came out and open chastised Bush......

Clinton has moved on but he chose a life in the public eye, it seems to be his ' niche'....Bush seems to have chosen a more sedate and quiet lifestyle.

Apr. 15--Former President Clinton and the Rev. Jesse Jackson blasted President Bush's plan to cut taxes by $726 billion over 10 years in Monday speeches to a labor union convention on the Strip.

Bush's proposed tax cuts would add to a growing budget deficit fueled by the $1.35 trillion tax cut Bush signed in June 2001, Clinton told about 3,800 members of the Laborers' International Union of North America at Bally's.

I guess in Reader's world nobody has the right to defend themselves against an Obama witch hunt. They are to just shut the h*ll up and allow the libs to destroy their reputation to make Obama look great.
