Beautiful day, but cold. Diamonds reflecting off the snow.

Nice pictures! Looks like your dogs are loving the snow. Another foot and they might have quite a time getting around.
Glad the pack of 4 is out there instead of here.
Pretty country, Thanks for posting!

About 4 of the heifers here stopmed the CRAP out of a ' yote yesterday.

I heard yelping...thought maybe they'd ganged up on my ' slow' dog....but no it was a 'yote taking a whuppin!!!

I bet they chased him 1/2 mile after his spanking!!

Good for your heifers. I despise 'yotes. They hurt our babies :x

They are currently "packing up" and start breeding :x

You do have snow, after all. The other picture of the cow with the three calves must have been taken awhile back. You live in a pretty country.

I've got a pack that runs thru here. We've shot out several over the years as time and opportunity allow.

But in all these years we've never had one incident of them bothering the cows/calves. I don't know why...maybe it's just not been our time :???: :???:

My Aussies got into a den once, it was in a brush pile in a pretty deep ditch. I thought they'd went in on a skunk or groundhog or something. But when I got down into there and got them out they'd killed 3 yote babies.

One of these days I plan to take a trip up north and see snow like that. I noticed it was so dry it made dust. We had some snow a few days ago but it was so wet it was more like slush. and only about 1/2 inch thick.
It rained all night and then snowed in the morning for a while then rain in the afternoon and it was all gone. A raw day all around.
Thank you for the pictures.
