We might be warmer than you guys today-- Temps in the 30's and 40's around here today...I see 60 miles to the west of me in the Little Rockies its in the 50's  :p This was the first morning in several days that when I got up it was above zero-- 10 Above in fact.....

I feel for you southerners-- we're a lot more prepared for that stuff... My sister told me how when they bought their house in Texas and the first time it turned cold...They had everything froze up...House has a 4 stall attached garage that is not heated- is not even insulated-- but their inlet from the well and the hot water heater was located on the far side of the garage and the pipes run the full distance of the wall.. Spent the first winter moving the heater and insulating some pipes....

I have some crested wheat grass out by the barn that is half green and half brown. Any green grass around here, in the pastures, is eaten off pretty short.
