We live about 25 miles northeast of this fire. We get a lot of smoke. We drove to Colorado Springs Tuesday and the fire wasn't nearly as intense. Our house is masonary with a cement tile roof which ought to make it harder to burn, but from those pictures, if you are surrounded by fire, your house is a goner.

Gonna check and make sure we have enough insurance!!
