While visiting my parents, lazy ace and I (ok mostly lazy ace) helped my Dad wind some high tensel wire...this little gadget made the project go a lot faster and easier too!

And...we saw these in our nine plus hours in the Denver International Airport...I think Ned Jr. could have used them earlier in the week!

Lazy Ace really wanted to go play and help with the snow removal...

Nice pictures again. Real pretty setting. 9 hours in the Denver airport doesn't sound like fun time. Did you eat those fried potatoes there in the airport? Can't think of the name of the joint. Good food though...once. Not for 9 hrs.

Looks like beautiful country. I spent three hours on a layover in Denver once and that was as much of DIA as I thought I needed to see at one time.

TTB, what is the closest town to your folk's place? Just curious being we drove through SW Colorado a few years back.

Oh, the 9 hours wasn't bad...at least we got home, there were some who did not, Thursday afternoon/evening. I think that place is the Great Steak Escape-in the same area as McD's... We had McD's for breakfast and then some popcorn...needless to say we were hungry when we landed in Bismarck. There is another good place down in the new addition of gates B-80 to B-95 called Heidy's Deli...it's affordable (relative to DIA,) good food, and they speak English.

Your and many others state of choice. Where I was raised has become a rich person's playground. Lots of $5+ million houses sitting on less than 20 acres of land. I believe lazy ace saw in the paper "college apartments" one bedroom for over $1000/month. So, bring your checkbook Mrs Greg!

Large towns in Colorado, Durango and Cortez, large towns in New Mexico, Aztec and Farmington.

Thanks TTB. We did go through that area and really enjoyed it. Seeing the pictures makes me crave for another road trip out west.

Interesting, TTB. I've never been in that country...looks like I'll have to do that one of these days.
Thanks for posting the pictures. Awesome scenery.

Glad you made it home. I'll be at the Denver Airport tomorrow. I'll look up that deli and thanks for the tip.

Nice pics TTB. Sure doesn't look like my side of the state. We don't have the high priced housing problems here in the far east.
