Thanks NR and Mrs. Greg. We were happy with the how the day went for sure. We had a good day with our replacement heifers the day before too. This weather is not letting us catch our breath though - sleep would be so nice right now!

With that front hitting Murray on Friday, it's a good thing they made it down on the weekend to have a look. It was super nice in the Creek on Friday-we did wake up to some snow Sat morning and it has progressively gotten worse. Lost a 4 day old calf through the night, must have got stepped on. I brought in a waxed up mare yesterday and am going to go get one more after lunch. She's not waxed up but has a full bag. Pretty sure a foal wouldn't make it in this weather. We had -11 C with a terrible wind through the night - calmed down a little now, but the flag is still horizontal.
Mrs. Greg, I'll catch up by pm later
Time to go crawl into the carhartts again - if we didn't need the moisture so bad I'd really be cussing this.
