As a " soldier" should you not show respect to the office of the President and address them as such, whether YOU liked them or not?

I.E. President Carter President Bush President Obama

Why should a soldier from one country feel obligated to show respect to the highest office of a foreign country? :???:

they want to push backwards 50 years ...

please feel free to enlighten Us on how the progressives have progressed in the last fifty years....

Around 1970, the United States experienced a reproductive technology shock. The legalization of abortion and dramatic increase in the availability of contraception gave women the tools to control the number and timing of their children. Over the ensuing 25 years, however, there have been huge increases in the number of single-parent families headed by unmarried mothers.

Since 1970, out-of-wedlock birth rates have soared. In 1965, 24 percent of black infants and 3.1 percent of white infants were born to single mothers. By 1990 the rates had risen to 64 percent for black infants, 18 percent for whites. Every year about one million more children are born into fatherless families.

is this the progress you voted for?

don't you care if you created a solution worse then problem?

I thought this was interesting that this poll was attached to a Washington Post article that starts out about Bush/Cheney

How some of you can reason this out to the mantra " Bush is always right" is truly a credit to the creativity of the human brain.

Seems some on the left needed a lesson in decent human respect for awhile now..

Being a soldier doesn't stop a person's freedom of speech, just as being an office holder doesn't earn that person respect... just a title.. nothing more nothing less...

I respect the office of the President of the USA. I do not respect the current joke holding that office, using it to fill his pockets, and bring a muslim coup upon the USA.... I think the current person holding the office is there illegally, and should be removed as fast as possible by any legal means.

there is a long list of things this scum bag has done to deliberately ruin America. and if the congress will not take his ass out of office, it is up to us, the people , to go get him (legally, no harm intended). we have been stone walled at every juncture through a court system that is littered with people who protect Obama. but we must keep after him. Obama is the greatest threat to the prosperity of this great nation. he needs to be taken from office, and kept in a cage the rest of his natural born life. then upon his death, buried in Africa, in an unmarked grave. because his actions, and his deliberate ruining of America, I feel he does not deserve a final resting place in American soil.

I'm curious what will be the tipping point when those who are sick and tired of this liberal agenda, regulation, and taxation against those who produce in this country say enough is enough and take what ever means it takes to take a stand??
Apparently it cannot be accomplished at the ballot box as we are out numbered by the takers and those who want the power to govern.

Oh its been this way for years and years... The pendulum swings back and forth...
The Repubs would still have control if GW hadn't been such a terrible leader- and they would worry about the fiscal issues and get their nose out of the social issues they want to push backwards 50 years ...
It will take many more years to forget how bad GW was...

You are such a RETARD ! Can you imagine what Al Gore would have done after 9/11 happened ? He would have been in the Fetal position with his pants full of shyt. Bush's only problem was the DEMOCRATS controlling congress the last 2 years of his Presidency.....

I am beginning to wonder when you folks are going to start blaming Carter for your down hill slide into mediocrity - which is where it truly started when you are on the outside looking in.

As for Bush - I figure Hussein Obama will ride that one until he is gone.

When the next Dem leader gets in - and sorry folks - I think it will happen right after Hussein retires due to the dumbing down of Americans as a whole and the growing welfare state mentality - Bush will still be the reason.

Funny thing is - as a darned foreign soldier working with the US of A troops - I always had a high opinion of both Bush presidents. So did darned near all the guys and gals I worked with.

Happy New Year to all

Did you miss that BC claimed to be a FOREIGN SOLDIER working with the US? :?

I'm might be guessing here but I would think there are a lot more Foreign and US soldiers both retired and serving that have lost respect for Obama after he PUBLICLY took credit for military actions and put US and FOREIGN Troops at risk with his need to take a victory lap that included leaking top secret info out of the WHITE HOUSE to balloon "HIS" accomplishments/EGO.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&feature=endscreen&v=X-Xfti7qtT0

Then you add the Fort Hood attack that Obama robbed soldiers and their families of benefits by declaring it work place violence and not a terrorist attack carried out by a Islamist terrorist. Oh no, Obama couldn't pay them their benefits as then he would have to admit to another terrorist attack on not only US soil but on a US Military base on US SOIL.

Oh and let us not forget the Military's STAND DOWN ORDERS while the White House stood by and watched the Benghazi attack in REAL TIME where US citizens were killed. Did Obama claim that a terrorist attack NO he claimed to was reaction to a little seen video. He friggin watched US citizens die then lied about it by saying he gave ordered to do whatever needed to be done. He and his Administration withheld requested security beforehand and then refused to sent in the troops when that attack was being fought. Just how much respect do you think the families of those 4 US CITIZENS have for their President? How much respect is coming from the soldiers that had their hands tied by their Commander in Chief's stand down order?

How much respect do you think border patrol agents and their families, that have to face the drug cartels that are carrying fast and furious Obama Administration provided guns, have for a President that doesn't nothing but blame others and stand behind executive privilege so he and his incompetent goon appointees don't have to answer a few very important questions about who knew what and when.

When Obama does something note worthy we will talk again about whether he DESERVES RESPECT. As I see it buying an "office" he doesn't deserve with money from Hollyweirds, drugged up rappers, Corrupt Union Bosses and Billionaire George Soros doesn't warrent respect.

Well, Bush went after the saudi perps who were hiding in afghanistan by invading iraq. This would be kinda like if in the civil war, the north responded to south firing on ft sumpter by invading canada.

I'm sure the families of those that have lost their loved ones and have been denied benefits due to your hero's TOTALLY DISGRACEFUL DIS-RESPECTFUL actions agree with you, NOT

That is nowhere in the oath bytch. The man can call him whatever he wishes. OT exercises that right everytime he throws out the adjectives at former President Bush.

oh how some forget history...

Canadian opinion was generally anti-Northern, and the Washington government, aware of this, was hostile to both Britain and British North America. Britons and Canadians, predicting a Southern victory, anticipated an attack on Canada by the Northern army, which many thought would seek territory in compensation. Resulting tension along the border led to numerous minor incidents, much misunderstanding and 4 significant crises, including the ALABAMA, TRENT and CHESAPEAKE incidents. The fourth, raids on St Albans, Vermont, in fall 1864
