Evidence continues to accumulate that President Obama regards the Constitution's requirements as merely suggestions. ABC News reports:

With the clock running out on a new US-Russian arms treaty before the previous Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, or START, expires on December 5, a senior White House official said Sunday said that the difficulty of the task might mean temporarily bypassing the Senate's constitutional role in ratifying treaties by enforcing certain aspects of a new deal on an executive levels and a "provisional basis" until the Senate ratifies the treaty.

You guys' shock and horror would be much more believable if you had expressed some of it when Bush shredded the Constitution.

But you didn't care then. So this gets a big YAWN.

So you say Bush shredded the Constitution, were you offended by that?

What happens if the Senate refuses to approve?

Temporarily setting aside differences over more contentious issues, the two leaders agreed to cut the number of each state's deployed nuclear warheads from roughly 2,200 to between 1,500 and 1,675 over the next seven years.

I did speak up then, and I'm speaking up now. What Obama is doing is more than wrong, and if you can't see what the ramifications of this action mean Constitutionally, ......

Nope, but people on this board warned that Bush/Cheney asserting the authority of the Executive Branch over the other two branches of government was a bad precedent. I don't remember any of you Bush lovers (now Obama haters) agreeing. I agree two wrongs don't make a right. But YOU didn't complain when Bush shredded the Constitution, so all your pretended concern now gets a big: YAWN.

ffff, in your own words, how did Bush "shred the Constitution"?

BTW, I to congratulate you for finally speaking up against Maobama on one issue. That's a start, but even baby steps are steps forward.
