Corporations are dumping benefits.

Target Corp. (TGT:US) will end health insurance for part-time employees in April, joining Trader Joe’s Co., Home Depot Inc. and other U.S. retailers that have scaled back benefits in response to changes from Obamacare.

About 10 percent of part-time employees, defined as those working fewer than 30 hours a week, use Target’s health plans now, according to a posting yesterday on the Minneapolis-based company’s website. Target is the second-largest U.S. discount retailer by sales and had about 361,000 total employees last fiscal year, according to data (TGT:US) compiled by Bloomberg.

How many more will be without insurance due to Obamacare before the Dems admit their mistake and repeal the mess?

When added together, the healthcare waivers excuse about 4 million people, or about 3 percent of the population, from having to participate, HHS said.

However, what’s slightly unsettling is the fact that the majority of the waivers were handed out to labor unions.

“Documents released in a classic Friday afternoon news dump show that labor unions representing 543,812 workers received waivers from President Barack Obama‘s signature legislation,” writes Paul Conner of the Daily Caller. “By contrast, private employers with a total of 69,813 employees, many of whom work for small businesses, were granted waivers.”

I don't see why people forced to obey the mandate are not sueing the Obama Administration over the waivers. As I thought the government can not pick and chose what groups of people are give waivers to obey or not obey US laws.

Him giving Unions that pushed the law a waiver should not be legal. PERIOD :x

Under Constitutional law it isn't legal. But since we are post constitutional, whatever the king wants he gets until the next revolution and he get's ousted.
