hoping someone has a good recipe for country fried steak. what cut of beef do you start with? how do you make it tender?
have tried eye of round about 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick,pounded the he!! out of them with the tenderising mallet and still were tough. do you marinate ? what am i doing wrong
