Cow gathering pictures

Here are some pictures after my long sabbatical. We gathered last week, sold some old cows and moved the rest to the BLM permit.

Day one there are no pictures...I was riding a colt and had my puppy for the first time, decided I didn't need a camera too.

Day two...she's ready to go. This is Jill

Looks like your pup will work out for you. Thats the best experience for them, long days where they have to learn to work and save their energy for the whole day. Your calves look real good for as dry as it has been this year.

It's about time for photo's from you..lol I'm not sure about your roads though..look a little bumpy to me..lol Glad to see that Jill has got the drive and instinct..she'll make a great dog for ya. You should of given Mike the camera when you were riding your colt and watching the pup...he might of gotten some good shots! Thanks Nicky...enjoyed the ride...

Thanks everyone, got more coming. Mike was riding a colt the day I was too  He does say that I am stingy with my camera though.

We did get some rain, a brief downpour, last evening. Hopefully more on the way cause it is really trying to green up.
