Crazy June pics

It has been a crazy month around here.
We processed and took our young bunch out.

On a beautiful day...

We have been playing ball

And I have been coaching Billy's team. For the windup the kids played the parents (and beat them in a rain shortened 1 inning game). I am pretty proud of our team this year, and great parents to help.

We graduated Kindergarten

Picked up a new baler

We tore all of our old working chutes apart, have been moving cows every couple of days and went to a family wedding (with a great view from the hotel)

I also spoke at two conferences - one a vet med conference and one an EG&S conference http://www.alus.ca

and we hosted a bus tour on breeding programs

We even saw some wildlife...

Now calving is done, seeding is done, school's nearly done and its' raining. All in all life is good.
