Very thought provoking. A lot to ponder. The cancer story was particularly interesting. At least that guy shouldn't have any worms.

Personally, I think there's a lot of benefit to a low carb diet. Cut out all the sugar you can. I'm not impressed with the Atkins products I've seen. A hell of a lot of soy in them. Who needs all of that plant estrogen?
