Huh, already posted on this thread but geuss it didn't happen. Anyway, Lilly, you have a gift with taking pictures, they just all seem to turn out great. The other thing, I'm maybe a little older than you (by a couple years) and already had to have a couple pre-cancers removed on each temple and back. But, damn, it was fun spending all that time on dirt bikes and working in the sun without a lid when I was younger...but still got a full head a hair though, maybe a little salty.

Not this'n, I was havin fuel troubles, apparently got some trash in the lines and the tractor kept quittin on me, and was runnin somethin awful. Stopped several times and blew back into the tank thru the lines, just to keep goin till I finished, Now Mr Lilly can drain and flush the tank and get whatever's in there outta there before the next use. Boy was it aggrivatin.

Two cuttings? 3.7 bales /acres I thought you had a drought down in that country. Heck we had lots of land we couldn't cut and what we did we got about.7 bale/acre. :???:

If you got 10 miles to the west of us, they got it a whole lot worse than we do, looks like the pastures have been burnt. We've been relatively lucky gettin what lil rain we got.

Yeah.....lots of ground is the key.......this is a small hay feild that we depend on for all our hay. when it don't make close to usual amount, it's tuff. normally by this time we'd be on cuttin number 4 or 5....

Plans in the works for another hay field. This barely gettin by, or not gettin by aint cuttin it. I"m just not rich enuff to pay $100 a round bale to feed cows. They'll be a few of em that get sold this fall strictly to buy feed for what's left.
