I had high hope for Ben Carson but the farther it goes the less I think he would be a good POTUS. :?

Miss the first debate but saw where they figured Carly won it. Wonder if Huckabee and Santorum are done?
Rand sat them out.is he quitting or going for the sympathy vote?

I think Trump & Cruz have things locked up. Rand may try to run on an Independent ticket but it won't matter at his little 1%-2%.

Carson has been sort of a disappointment. He'd make a good Surgeon General.

They will all probably stick around until the Iowa caucuses............

Are you forgetting Rubio? If so why?
I am for Cruz, but that remark he made about New York is gonna haunt him. I think he realized what he had done when
Trump took the ball and ran with it,

FH...stop & think for a moment. How many Republicans are in New York? They're about as rare as Kansas State fans in Nebraska. Cruz will be fine.

I doubt the New York City attitude,.. I mean values comment will hurt Cruz..

it has worked for years for the salsa company... Donald may be a bit defensive,.. and most New Yorker ( city ) are liberals and would vote for sanders.

out side the City, the state is fairly conservative, and understand why they get a bad rap, because of the cities.

I think Cruz handled the birther issue well...

the question is... was Trumps foreign born mother a citizen at the time of his birth?

getting married does NOT make a person a citizen,.. in fact many spouse retain their citizenship.

my view is that Cruz nailed it on the definition... a child born in the US to "TWO" citizens is natural born.

And I bet ol Jeb is counting on that issue to get him up in the ranks as the top three are disqualified.

But I was under the understanding that Cruz was born in Calgary, to an American mother and a Cuban father. :???:

A woman, pregnant, goes on a trip to Mexico, goes into labor and the child is born in Acapulco, is the kid a Mexican citizen?

The birther crap is just that, crap.

As far s the New York comments, you have DeBlasio, , Schummer, Gildabrand, Bloomberg, Hillary, and comments such as" there is no place for guns, anti abortion thoughts, conservatives, and so on, walk down a street and you find someone taking a dump, or worse, and you want me to think highly of NYC, I'd vote for Obama first.
