or does he? The Supreme Court ruled that the redistricing plan he put forth in Texas is mostly ok. There is one district that will have to be redone, and it will affect at least three other districts, all held by Republicans. Hmmmm. This ruling also opens to doors for other states to redistrict as they wish. I can think of several heavily Democratic states that might well want to redistrict for the '08 elections and get more Democrats in Congress. Thanks, Tom.
