How they can blame the right when not one vote on the right supported it.

One problem is that many people have forgotten the history of the Health Law. What was passed was a compromise forced on Democrats by Republicans, so the Republicans have nothing to stand on with which to attack the law. In general, Democrats have wanted a universal health care law, such as a single payer law like that in Canada, or extending Medicare to all younger Americans. When Republicans wouldn't allow that, but insisted that there be a Republican type program of requiring people to purchase private business health insurance, Democrats still tried to get a public option for citizens, but the Republicans wouldn't allow that either. It is odd for Republicans to be attacking that which they forced on Democrats.

Because America has a private industry health care system, we pay more for health care than any universal health care nation. Private health care industries really don't compete with one another, but rather jointly act in ways that allow then to together rapidly increase costs. A free market won't solve that problem because private industry health care isn't really a free market, because health care businesses cooperate up to a point rather than competing. That is the reason America spends about 17% of Gross Domestic Product on health care, while the most expensive two developed nation universal health care programs cost between 10% and 11% of their GDPs, and the others spend less than 10%. If the health care businesses keep pushing up prices as much as is predicted, America will soon be spending twice as much for health care as any developed universal health care nation, and for that, the other nations cover everyone, but the American health care businesses won't cover everyone..

Most voters don't know that America spends so much more for health care by using private business health care. If voters were told, many would change their political goals. If voters were to become aware of the cost situation, even a large amount of money spent on dishonest ads wouldn't make any difference.

In addition, the other developed nations with universal health care provide better health care than the United States in a number of measures. This includes that they have longer average life expectancies than America has. The United Nations website has statistics on this.

Most voters don't know that the developed universal health care nations provide better medical care than the American system, but might change their goals if they were told that.

Then. President Obama's health care law, forced on him by the Republicans, can always be reformed in the next few years to solve the problems people are facing. Reform could include turning it into a universal health care system. If the health care bill is rescinded, it will merely cause many people to lose health care, and costs would still rise rapidly.

The problems with the website have also been a target for Republican attacks. However, that is odd too because private corporations created the websites, and according to Republicans, private business always do a good job while the government is unable to do an adequate job. Well, the peivae corporations the Rep;ublicans claim to be doing so much better created a website with problems.

Ah, you better check your facts. You pay more, for more coverage. Canada's plan does not cover many of the same procedures or preventative care.

If that was the case, we wouldn't have Blue Cross and private employer plans

Really REALLY forced on the Democraps.  I guess the fact the Dems had a SUPER MAJORITY and did not need any Republican votes to pass the bill they wanted, is something that we are all to just forget when it is convenient for them and their re-election prospects.

HINT to anyone chatting with a Dem during the election, tell them, THE DEMS DID NOT WANT OR NEED ANY REPUBLICAN TO PASS THE DEBACLE THEY ARE ALL RUNNING FROM NOW THAT THEIR SEATS ARE ON THE LINE SO STOP TRYING TO PASS THE BLAME OFF.
