Since the Stimulus package, that has been described as nothing more than Pelosi's Pork filled payback spending package, is going down in the polls and three of Obama's appointees have had problems with their taxes, I decided to check Obama job approval ratings. According to Gallup his approval rating on Jan 24, 2009 was 68% approve and 12% disapprove. Now according to a USA/Today article 20 hours ago Gallup was reported to have said his rating today Feb 3, 2009 is 64% approve and disapprove is 25%. In ten days his approval rating dropped 4% and his disapproval rate rose by 13%.

Gee no comments about Obama's decline in the polls. :???:
Aren't you libs going to defend the drop by somehow blaming it on Bush.

What are the odds that he will leave office with a lower approval rating then Bush? That is something I'd like to bet on.

If the Stimulus package fails and Cheney is right about another terrorist attack I think the idea of his rates falling to below Bush's is very likely.

Under democracy one party always devotes its chief energies to trying to prove that the other party is unfit to rule - and both commonly succeed, and are right. ~H.L. Mencken
