Did They Shoot Him In The Boat?

Was he shot while he was incapacitated & lying in the boat? Didn't those thugs know that he should be taken alive for questioning? Or did they just want to shoot?

Had he wanted to take himself out and others with him, he would have done so when the boat owner pulled back the tarp and saw him lying there.

Since the bullet wounds to the other brother were too numerous to count, they went overboard on him, for sure. The police must be poor marksmen too.

(Reuters) - Boston Mayor Tom Menino said on Sunday authorities may never be able to question the Boston Marathon bombing suspect, who lies seriously injured and unable to speak after eluding police for 24 hours.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was in "very serious" condition at a Boston hospital after being captured Friday night, Menino told ABC's "This Week" program.

"And we don't know if we'll ever be able to question the individual," he said without elaborating.

Tsarnaev's brother, Tamerlan, 26, was killed in a firefight with police earlier on Friday as officers hunted them for the twin blasts on Monday that killed three and injured 176.

U.S. Senator Dan Coats, a member of the Intelligence Committee, said it was questionable whether Tsarnaev would be able to talk again.

"The information that we have is that there was a shot to the throat," Coats told the ABC program.

"It doesn't mean he can't communicate, but right now I think he's in a condition where we can't get any information from him at all," said Coats, an Indiana Republican.

There has been no evidence that the kid ever fired a shot.
After police arrived, an exchange of gunfire broke out. The authorities were also concerned Tsarnaev might detonate an explosive device. But officials, including an FBI hostage rescue team, eventually succeeded in apprehending the suspect.

While Henneberry may be a hero, his neighbor, George Pizzuto, says Henneberry is probably not very happy about the condition of his boat, which reportedly sustained damage in the ordeal.

"That boat's his baby. He takes care of it like you wouldn't believe. And they told him it's all shot up," Pizzuto told ABC's WHAM 13 News.

When he was taken into custody, the official said, Tsarnaev was not armed and no explosives were found in his possession.

Jay Blitzman, 63, a juvenile court judge who lives about a block away, said he was walking in the direction of Henneberry's house after police first allowed residents out of their homes when a stream of police vehicles rushed down the street.

"Then we heard rapid gunfire - it sounded like automatic gunfire," and police ordered everyone back inside, Blitzman said.

Yes. They shot him while he layed in the boat unarmed. Numerous, numerous times.
