...for the dems to trot out their old hippie traitor from the Vietnam days. In my wildest dreams, I would never have imagined them doing something this stupid so soon after the election. This would be funny if it weren't so dangerous for our country.

Former Presidential Candidate George McGovern to Discuss Iraq Exit Strategy With Democrats

"George McGovern, the former senator and 1972 Democratic presidential candidate, said he will meet with more than 60 members of Congress next week to recommend a strategy to remove U.S. troops from Iraq by June."

You Fox News bashers take note of the fact that this is an AP story.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid this is just a sign of things to come under the 'leadership' of the commie pelosi chick. I also heard that she was backing mouthymurtha for House Majority Leader.

The next 2 years will be quite amusing, if nothing else. :)

YUP! I'm sitting back, watching, waiting.....

Should be verrrrrry interesting

I suppose I should gather from your post that you haven't made it to any of Georges speaking engagements in Montana- eh Hanta :???:

I see where he has had to cancel on a couple of talks because of his wifes health...Apparently from what I read in the paper, they have been living in Montana and she is in a Hospice somewhere with acute cancer- I think it was Kalispell...

No matter what may be said by Bush or his supporters, he is still in charge in Iraq. Movements will be on his watch as long as he is in control of the military and the executive.

Theres nothing but bad options left. Whether Bush can blame his previous faults all on dems. or not will be the question.

I am waiting for the Baker report.
