I stuck a roast in a ziplock bag with some (lots) of Canadian steak seasoning and a can of beer.... Well I did have a couple of swigs of the beer to make sure it was okay. Let it marinade all day yesterday and put it in the oven on low and it is otta this world good..... To die for!!!

Tomorrow we are having a pork roast with stir-fry powder pack and a pork seasoning packet and then I found a very aged mikes ice tea.. I just smelled it... It's nasty Anyways will report tomorrow on the roast..
