Are Democrats Boosting Daggett in New Jersey?
The Newark Star Ledger reports New Jersey Republicans are accusing Democrats "of trying to trick GOP voters into casting their ballots for the independent candidate in an effort to aid Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine, who is seeking re-election Tuesday."

In a robocall, a woman's voice criticizes Christie for being "extremely wrong when it matters most" and says voters should "remember Chris Daggett's words: 'It's never wrong to vote for the right person,'" quoting a familiar Daggett line.

The call closed with a disclaimer that it was paid for by the "NJDSC, 196 West State Street, Trenton," which is the address of state Democratic headquarters. Corzine's name was never mentioned.

The polls have also suggested that Corzine is currently losing more votes to Daggett than Christie is. A call like this to a GOP county would presumably go some way towards countering that problem, except for the fact that the Dems were just caught in the act.

so far everyone I've talked to today was pleased with the outcome of our election... and more pleased that Corzine wasted millions of his own cash and DNC funds to lose..

can't wait for the January layoffs of the Corzine aides (ie:,.. buddies and girlfriends).. that should save us about a $billion$ in tax dollars..
