Another over reach by the government they need 10,000 comments ASAP they have changed the wording in the proposed rule that would basically give the EPA juridiction over any and all water no matter how small. I sent in my comment anyone else involved in agriculture should voice their opinion before its to late we have until Oct. 10th for a comment period.

In the September issue of New Mexico Stockman magazine is an excellent article "The hidden persuaders of the environmental elite". The writer introduces the reader to the Environmental Grantmakers Association. (Google it).
