Do you agree with this article or not? Why?

First of all, let me say that I've got no problems with anybody's race. There's great people and huge losers in all races.

I think there are racial tensions building in this country, but I'll throw out some other angles that weren't mentioned in the article, a big one being hypocracy.

I don't know about others, but I'm sick of being told that racism is bad, but then those same people mandate it with racist programs like "equal opportunity", racial quotas, and political appointments based on race. If we're supposed to be color blind, and I agree with that, then let's be color blind. No exceptions.

I'm sick of assholes like Sharpton and Jackson making big stinks over things like the Duke Lacrosse team, and then not having the stones to apoligize to the innocent.

I'm tired of every time a white person looks crosseyed at a minority, fingers are pointed and "racist" is yelled. It happened many times on this very board. Those of us who don't like Obama are labeled racists, like it just couldn't be possible that we may dislike the narcissist socialist idiot because he is a narcisstic socialist idiot, and not just because of his skin.

Then we have things like "Ms Black America", "Black This", "Black That", but private country clubs get attacked if they don't have black members.

You're never going to get rid of racism. There's always been racism and there always will. However, the people who claim to want to get rid of it the most are the ones who continually throw gas on the fire. Knock off the double standards and things will calm down.

I notice this article did not mention anything about the killer's hate for Christians, Bush, the FED, Neo-cons etc.

He is a perfect example, that hate is hate. Everyone can be a victim of hate.

But this article makes it seem as though the "right" are the perps and the "Left" is the victim.

Extremism- either way- Left or Right- is very dangerous.....

If there were no extreme right, the center at present would be skewed so far left, by this Administration, that this country wouldn't be recognizable.

We must have extremes to keep a balance, and to show others how far one can, or cannot............ go.

But the question is........is the extreme Left more dangerous to our freedom and basic rights than the extreme Right?

I think it is.

We've already gone way too far to the left when the MSM is considered moderate and Fox News is right. Yesterday, Reader hinted that she considers herself moderate. People were even saying Obama is a moderate. When you're calling a socialist a moderate, you've tipped.

what I see as the problem here is labeling, or rather mislabeling.
far right would be - NO GOVERNMENT
far left would be- DICTATORSHIP
a government limited by a constitution is - CENTER, not far right as some would have you believe.
what the media and some of you here call "right wing extremists" are not even close to being on the extreme- they are center!!
