Do you close your blinds?

I read many of the posts on this site but rarely post anything myself. Recieved this email a while back from a friend, thought it might make some people stop and think. Don't think that it has been on this site before, if so, its worth reading again. Talk to the pleople who are actually over in Iraq, not the bs on some internet site!

I would guess the kind of parent trying to teach their children morals and/or values. Are you saying at 9yrs of age you unable to be taught right from wrong? Pretend it said 15 or 20 yr old then if it makes you feel better. I think you are missing the point of the email.

Fulton---I, too, had this sent to me and my 10 year old read it and he, too, cried!! Tough, but true, lesson for a kid to learn....someone HAS to stand up to the "neighborhood bully" before it's too late!! :!: :!:

Ok is this for real.or just a bad joke? Who tells a nine year old kid that?

nonothing, is your post for real or just a bad joke? You must never read the Bible. It is full of "parables" of which this e-mail is a prime example. A parable is a short, simple story, usually of an occurrence of a familiar kind, from which a moral or religious lesson may be drawn. Aesop's Fables could also be considered parables, because there is always a common sense lesson to be learned from them.

so soapweed ...you talk the bible and i gather your a family man. That being said you find no issue with this writing? Also if it were true why is Rhwanda and haiti and afaganistan not on this mans street.....The USA claims to be there to stop Sadam from helping terriost movemt and WMD...not because sadam was beating up people....If thats the case of leaders killing inocent people then they have alot more places to invade.....starting with afganistan, and why did they not invade yugoslavia when then leader .Slobodan Milosevic was attempting ethnic cleansing...I gather your blinds are not always opened to the street,or are you just new to the nieghborhood ..lets not Make this war about something its not.....Sadam was hurting his people long before this war started...And why not just shoot the nieghbor and end it there?
