It must be awful having to go to court and argue for something that you clearly do not believe.

Even worse when the guy who sent you there to argue it, is on the record for also not believing in it.


obama was against the individual mandate before he was for it and likewise he said it was not a tax, before he argued it was.

The whole bunch got a dose of humility over the past 3 days. Every one of them thought (and still thinks) that their high and might endeavor into social engineering and righting all the wrongs was a done deal, and that how ANYONE with a mind could even imagine that it has a flaw is totally beyond their realm of thinking.
Their complete arrogance that anyone would dare even think to disagree is still beyond any comprehension.
Their motives being so pure and righteous are above all that would dare think the constitution should be followed,
