Water is deep, I didn't want to go for a swim with my pony so I sent the dogs north to get the bulls, Zeke and Trixie swam, young King couldn't quite build up the courage for the first go partially because the bulls were out of sight for the dogs, if he can see the cattle he gets more bold.
Zeke and Trixie found them and brought them east for a ways then started them south along the fence over the hill.
The zoom made them look close in the last photo.
Bringing a straggler that was hiding in the willows east to catch up with the rest.
Taking them south across a shallow spot to get them about a 1/4 mile farther to a more narrow crossing to get to the side of the creek I was on.
Bulls going to the narrow crossing, I called them back cause they need a bit more work on long cross drives, I didn't want to keep having to call them off the front because they want to bring them to me in the worst way.
Bulls close to the narrows and the dogs are eager to help. King didn't want to come in for the photo. He was building up his courage to cross this time.
Trixie taking the bulls east and south around the corner to the narrows. Zeke going up the side to make the turn to the south.
Zeke getting them turned south, Have to send him back so he will let them start to cross.
Starting.
King a Zeke still wanting to bring the front end west directly to me, sent them back.
Zeke and Trixie letting the bulls go.
All across, King have a good shake.
