That officers words are a testament how the country feels about Buckwheat.

With the world in the mess that it's in, his approval rating could be in the teens before long.

On the tape, the officer says Obama has "decimated" the Constitution and "if he doesn't follow the Constitution, we don't have to."

there is a small bit of irony here.. now the officer will find out how little liberals value free speech as well...

many of US saw this type of liberal oppressive behavior starting with the PC movement.. but now coupled with the internet.. few are immune from the liberal speech and thought police..

maybe once the officer is "let go" he can run for office and really start to offend them "tolerant" liberals..

Constitution of Montana -- Article III -- GENERAL GOVERNMENT

Section 3. Oath of office. Members of the legislature and all executive, ministerial and judicial officers, shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation, before they enter upon the duties of their offices: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, protect and defend the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the state of Montana, and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity (so help me God)." No other oath, declaration, or test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust.

Since part of the law enforcement officers oath is to support, protect, and defend the constitution (both US and State)- I think about any law enforcement administrator would question his making such a public statement insinuating that he/the law enforcement agency were not going to follow that oath or the constitution.... Especially since the officer appears to have made that statement while on duty and during the investigation of a call...

You never know what these Thug law enforcement officers will say or do these days.

Every time you look in the news these days they're choking, beating, shooting, raping, pillaging, and stealing from someone.

Guess the generation before them (the retired ones) taught them well? :???:

OT, rethink his logic. If the pres doesn't abide by the constitution, no one should be bound to a voided contract.
