She does what she's bred to do-buck people off-and she's a hundred times easier to handle than those @#$%$^&* EXT's. Ohh give her a week on green gras and gopher poop and she'll bloom right up even without vigartone lol.

Geez NR, you're greening right up over there.
That cow don't look mean, I'm sure it's just bluff. But your hockey helmet and a kevlar vest might be a good choice in clothing for the job.

There's that Guppy cow-I roped her calf off a three year old filly a few years back and had quite a session-the wife hid out in the pickup and I had a life altering tagging experience. BMR don't make me whip you in a foot race-cause these short legs are pretty speedy-remember even a fat horse has one race in him. The next year I roped her calf off the truck deck and she just about climbed on the back of it lol.

Denny: Just make sure your friend is slower than you are. Your wife could substitute if your slow friend is too busy.

A few years ago there was a big white cow in a field near us for a couple of days. Our neighbour who fancied himself quite the cowboy decided to go out there and put a rope on her and drag her into his corral. Yup, good idea  He no sooner got the rope on her, and she turned on the horse. Came right at him and tried to mow him down. Now here he was with a very angry cow attached to his horse, and the cow outweighed the horse. Took him a bit of time to get the rope off the saddle horn, during which I think he earned a few gray hairs. After he sacrificed his rope and let the cow go, she actually chased his horse for a quite a ways before she quit. He went home and left the cow to her own fate. I'm not sure if he ever got his rope back, but when we saw the cow standing in front of our barn the next day, she had no rope on her.

The cow had spotted a couple of our cows in a pen in the yard, and come in to see them. She must have been happy to find others of her own kind, because we just went out, opened the gate, and she walked in like she owned the place. We found the owner, and they came and got her with no problem at all.

I guess not all cows know what a cowboy is eh... :D :D :D
