We don't get to pick our weather too much, I guess.

We were sure glad for the inch we got in the past week. First rain we've had since the snow left.

Nope, still got heart burn about that $80 cwt seed, I got about 90 rounds in the shed that will feed the few culls i have left this winter and I will plant oats this fall, run the cows on it this winter and then chase em off when the pastures green up, fertilize and with some H2o, i will bale it, that oat hay aint all bad.
Plus the hunters have already hired me to plant oats for them this fall so, reckon i will let them pay me for what I was gonna do anyway :wink:
