I think their water trough is a 60 gallon one. I add two cups to that. When you first start puttin it in there, don't put the whole amount...start out with 1/4 cup ...then 1/2 cup....3/4...then 1 cup over a week or two...that way they gradually get used to it, and don't refuse to drink it.

We clean their trough out once a week. That's an easy time to add it, but when you go out and they've drank half the tank...I'll add 1 a cup.

Apple cider vinegar is the first choice for this type of use. I know a equine 'healer' that promotes using vinegar, but she always says to make sure it is Apple Cider Vinegar.

O;Keefe's Working Hands....

Ranching Family down in Lakeview, Oregon Country. One of the kids goes to Pharmacuetical School. Notices dads Hands were always chapped badly, but he would not use any of the "Girly" Moisturizers on the market.

So, she develops and markets a more manly product she calls "Working Hands"

It is in most of the Feed Stores in the Pacific Northwest,

Does anyone remember the stuff that Paul Harvey used to advertise? I can't remember the name but it sees he claimed Norwegian fishermen used it on their hands. That doesn't sound like a "girly-man" product to me!

In the meantime, I'll recommend the Avonortone and Vigavon!
