NOW who is the "Party Of No"???????

Negotiation is over?

The Senate voted to kill a spending bill that would delay the Affordable Care Act for one year.

The Senate voted 54-46 to table amendments to the bill that was previously passed in the House, according to The Washington Post. In addition to the delay, the amendments called for the elimination of taxes on medical devices. The temporary bill would have avoided a government shutdown at midnight.

The New York Times reports that House Republicans are currently discussing strategy in the wake the vote.

Senate Majority Leader said negotiation is over with House Republicans during a press conference.

negotiations never started.. it was always.. a my way or the highway attitude with the President and the democrats.

any objective person could see that shutting the government down was their intent from the beginning..

It was clear by the early votes the TEA Party only wanted the democrats to go on record as supporting Obama-care.. and all it's glithes.. such as delaying the business mandate and not the individual.. and the president exempting congress.. they succeeded and are now sending bills to fund the government.. but the senate refuses to pass them..

earlier in the year,.. the senate voted to get rid of the medical devise tax,.. yet now it is a show stopper.. in fact the democrats all voted for congress to not be exempt as well in the original bill.. yet now it is a show stopper..

why?

well the answer is easy..

The Democrats and president clearly wanted to shut down the government and have done so...
